Forsyth, Missouri
This cute property will be your home away from home during your stay in the Forsyth/Branson area. My name is Tina; my husband Lonnie and I run Little Bell Bungalow. We are the home owners and are not property managers. We live close by and we do our very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can look forward to the house being decorated seasonally, including at Christmas-time with a tree and lights on the house. It will definitely feel like home away from home.
We worked with the city of Forsyth to earn our business license by meeting all of their safety requirements including wired smoke detectors in all areas of the house, emergency lights (in case of power outage), and fire extinguisher.
Bull shoals lake and Shadow-Rock park are a block away at the bottom of the hill. The park has basketball courts, playground equipment, very easy lake access, and tennis courts with lights. The shopping of downtown Branson is only 15 minutes away. Sliver Dollar city amusement park is 25 minutes from the house and allows you to avoid Branson traffic. A local farmers market (open Saturdays) is just 2 minutes away. Several local fishing guides will guarantee a big bag of fish and there is plenty of government land nearby available during hunting season. Dad can hunt, while momma shops. Branson has great shopping and entertainment for every age including local shows, a water park, amusement park, plenty of mini golf, go carts, and Tanger outlet mall.
The house has a cute kitchen with all the cooking essentials, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. There are enough place settings for 12, and a brand new dishwasher for convenience. The dining area is small with a table seating for four (and a lake view).
The upstairs living room is a cozy place gather up with a couch and loveseat both with electric recliners, a 55' smart tv, and a small deck to watch the sunset. The upstairs bathroom is large with a front load washer and dryer and a regular sized shower/tub. The bathroom connects to both the master bedroom and the living area. There is a small bedroom off of the living room with a queen sized bed.
Immediately to the right upon entry (with a sturdy locking gate) are stairs leading to the finished basement. Downstairs consists of a bathroom, a large family room, and another bedroom. The family room is a great place for everyone to gather. You can play pool on the regular sized pool table, watch the 65' Roku TV, play any of the provided board games, or just hang out and watch the sunset over the lake from the big picture window. The family room has 2 sleeper sofas and it's own outside (locking) entrance/exit. The beams on the ceiling were hand-hewn in the 40s and the solid wood walls give it a rustic feel.
The downstairs bedroom has two queen beds and another locking entrance/exit. The slightly smaller bathroom is all concrete with a sink, toilet, and a roomy standing shower.
Every room in the house except the two bathrooms has a great lake view.
Everything about this house was wonderful. It was decorated for Christmas and set up well for a family, especially one with significant others. My son and his gf loved it so much that they recommended it to her family for their future trips to MO. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!
We came stayed at this location on a trip with family just before Christmas time. The place was easy to get to, check in and communication were wonderful, and it was not too far from the Branson area. 10/10 Would recommend
We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfy, and the view was epic! Thankyou!
My family had a wonderful stay here! The house was the perfect size for us. (There were 5 in our group, but there was plenty of room for a few more if we had needed it) Everyone was able to have their own space, the kitchen had just about every utensil/dish we needed. There was one or two small issues, and Christina had them taken care of PROMPTLY. (Mind you, these were minor issues. I only mention them because I want to highlight how quickly they were resolved) We didn't use the grill, but it was clean and ready to use, with all utensils also. If you like to sit outside and have your morning coffee, the balcony overlooking the lake is perfect! (We liked watching the hummingbirds) We drove back and forth to Branson 5 or 6 times to see the sights. (About a 20 minute drive). All in all, a great stay!
We came home to Forsyth on our Vacation. The little bell home was perfect and close so we could see family and friends. Tina and her husband were amazing! Book this one you will love it!
The property was so clean and in a great location. It was my birthday week and i wanted to spend it with my boys. It was close to Branson and we loved the little town where you were located. If i messaged Christina she would answer right away.
The house was very cozy and had a home feeling. The only thing I'd say was possibly a negative was the parking situation but honestly that wasn't even that bad once I figured it out. Very cute home and so so comfortable
The property was perfect for our weekend trip to Branson. The house was very comfortable and clean. When we come back to the area, we will book again!
it was perfect for two 50 year long friends meeting up once every five years. Nice small deck and very spacious backyard overlooking either Bull Shoals or Lake Taneycomo. We couldn't figure which one. Host actually purchased 2 new spinning rods and reels as I wasn't able to pack my rods. Tina left us a full bunch of bananas and muffins and coffee which were a hit the first two mornings. Great communication but no intrusions at all. Low fees, comfy kitchen. Great for two old men.
Excellent place to base a stay in the Branson area. We went for the upper Bull Shoals fishing. Minutes from Lake Taneycomo and the hubbub of Branson. We look forward to returning soon with more family members. Quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of Branson yet only 15 minutes away. This is a hidden gem! Mark
My husband and I stayed at this wonderful home for 4 nights with our 5 children for a Christmas vacation and we could not have asked for a better home or better hosts. The house was very clean and cozy. Not only was it already equipped with everything we could need for a family of 7, but they also went above and beyond to provide little extras like muffins and coffee, christmas cookie cutters and rolling pins, extra blankets; I could go on. We had a snow storm and below freezing temperatures and the host was very helpful in keeping us informed on the weather and which channel to watch to stay updated. We can not give enough praise to the host or the home. It was perfect and we look forward to our next Branson trip and stay at this wonderful home!
This place was amazing, everything I expected and then some. We all had a great time playing pool downstairs. Slept great and it was just a wonderful cozy home away from home!
Tina is amazing to work with. She is flexible and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. This home was perfect for my friends and I to stay in the night before my wedding. Very clean and easy directions for check out.
Time spent at the Little Bell Bungalow with our daughter and grandkids was perfect. Very clean, quaint and comfortable. Tina goes the extra mile to be accessible to any needs or questions you may have to make your stay a good one. I would recommend Little Bell Bungalow to any family visiting the area! This property was in a quiet area and was a nice place to stay for the weekend. The host was available if we needed anything. We would stay here again.
This was the cleanest VRBO our family has ever stayed at! Property Owner paid great attention to detail and did everything possible to make us feel at home!
The house was perfect for what we were looking for. The hosts were easy to communicate with and had very clear information about the home.
We were only in town for 1 night and didn't want to stay in busy Branson. Had my mother-in-law with us and was happy to not have stairs for her. Was great that she does nightly rentals. Most VRBO rentals have a minimum of 2 or 3 nights. Was very clean and easy!!
Great place to stay. Christina is a nice lady plan to be back!
The house was great. About 20 mins from the Branson landing and about 30 mins from Silver Dollar City. There were seven of us and we all slept comfortably. Check in and out was easy. The man cave in the basement is a great place to hang out, watch a movie, play some pool, and let the kids run around. We even had a chance to grill out one night, which was a lot of fun. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Very good
We had a wonderful stay here for my daughters 10th birthday. The house was darling! Very clean, well stocked and organized. We felt right at home. This is a MUCH better experience than staying at a busy hotel in Branson. The drive to and from town is pretty and went quickly. The owner is very sweet and attentive. I could tell right away that she paid close attention to details and truly wants the tenants to enjoy their stay. And the price.. very affordable for the size of the home! My sons pack n play fit in the master closet. I will book this home over and over again :)
Nice place. Homeowner very sweet. Rules was a bit much....example no fireworks on July 4th. It is least a half hour drive from Branson. Overall it was a nice place.
