I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location, it was an easy walk to most places.The only area in the property that needed attention was the outdoor area and only one side of the BBQ worked.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location, clean and well maintained and very spacious. Plenty of parking and although at back of property the house is private. Walking distance to Shoal Bay and Little Bay and to Nelson Bay if you don't mind a walk.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location. 10 mins walk from little beach 15 mins walk to shops at Shoal Bay and 25 min walk to shops at Nelson Bay so very central. Well appointed and well maintained house. Ideal for larger groups with plenty of room. Smallish but usable outdoor area. The air conditioning works well in warm weather.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a very enjoyable weekend at Nelson Bay. Very roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good location. Great help from Sharon at Raine & Horne. Can't wait for next visit.
