•Kitchen totally equipped with an island breakfast bar to eat and go and modern stainless steal appliances
•Florida Room with a pool table, bar area and AMAZING VIEW to the exterior area.
•Laundry in residence - washer and dryer,
•Utility closet with iron, iron board and cleaning tools
•Spacious Master bedroom with a king bed, Flat TV, Armchair and sofa bed/futon
•2nd bedroom has a queen bed and Flat TV
•3rd bedroom has two twin-size beds, Flat TV and a single folding rollaway bed in the closet,
•Exterior area with patio patio set furniture, screened pool, hammock, gas and carbon grill for family picnics with trees that provide shade.
•Garage area you will find Bikes, Baby highchair and a Pack ‘n Play On the Go Crib to use at your convenience.
•The house can accommodate up to 8 or more guests with all the space and additional sofa beds/futon and folding bed before mentioned

MONTHLY RENT:
• $9,000.00 season rate
•$8,250.00 off-season rate
•Security deposit or protection plan required
• $250.00 departure cleaning
•$350.00 administration fee
•Basic cable and internet included
•Owner electricity cap up to $150.00 and the guest is responsible for the overage.
An electricity Deposit of $200.00 will be required after booking.
•Barbecue included (Owner is not responsible for refilling propane tank)
DAILY RENT:
•$325.00 season rate
•$275.00 off-season rate
•Security Deposit or Protection plan required
•$250.00 departure cleaning
•$100.00 Administration fee
•$30.00 per day for the pool heated, upon request
•Electricity, basic cable, and internet included.
•Barbecue included (Owner is not responsible for refilling propane tank)

Notes:
•Garage partially included in the lease.
•An initial kit of supplies is provided, but the guests are responsible to get their supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, etc.
•Lease agreement is required and a copy of the document will be sent for your review after confirming the booking.
