Our cozy home rests on the main Northwoods road in Tahoe Donner, and offers a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, a pull-out Full couch, modern décor, and family games next to the gas fireplace and 60 Smart TV. We also have a NEST and Remote Gas Fireplace for an enjoyable & ambient setting. HOA Guest Passes are also available for use of all Tahoe Donner Amenities (Trout Creek Rec Center Gym/Pool/Spa/Sauna & Private East End Donner Lake) for their fee/person/day.     Wonderful things about the place. Clean, nicely designed, newish appliances like fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Add a gorgeous TV screen and comfortable seating. Even better, a kitchen with incredible supplies of herbs, utensils, cooking ware. Brilliant! Chris, the property manager, is very responsible, with good communication. I'm sad to also give these details, given the outstanding notes above. **All of which can be fixed for sure.** Some of you might not have minded these things, but we found them difficult. There were mice who seemed to enjoy being in the walls, between bathroom and bedroom, gnawing & scratching intermittently at night. Fall chill driving them in? Maybe. But I'm frustrated because I'm sure others have noticed. Droppings under the bed. I thought this was a bit in my head all week, until I saw the droppings, just outside of where the cleaners vacuuming job. Also some behind TV. I don't think they were inside during our stay. Maybe others have sleep thru it.Also location on map is misleading. It is represented as on some very quiet street, w/ little traffic. Instead, it was a main road through the Tahoe Donner housing area, complete with rush hour traffic (7-9 am, 5-6 pm), many cars going a good 40 miles per hour. The location could be more accurately represented. Also broad large windows with no shades and tremendous light at dawn. Along this theme, blinding light in the bathroom, we brought in a bedroom lamp every night when using the bathroom.

    The lily pad was a great spot to spend Spring break with my wife and son. The 6-year old especially liked the kid-sized bunk in the loft.

    Very clean and cozy. Parking limited. The card deck is not complete, so playing poker was a challenge. All in all, great place!! Chris is amazing host and very reachable ‼️‼️

    Nice and clean. Very accessible for our weekend needs, perfect location to get in and out of. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
