On the ground floor of the home is the living room, dining area and open plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this main level with a shower. On the western side of the kitchen is a patio with a grill, tables and chairs.

SECOND FLOOR
Up one level is the king master, a bunk bedroom, a flex room with a futon and the second bathroom with a shower and tub.

THIRD FLOOR
Up one level again is an additional queen bedroom.

BASEMENT
The home also has a spacious basement with polished concrete floors and a futon sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV, making this a great spot for kids to watch TV, while maintaining peace and quite upstairs in the main living area.

The home also offers a washer and dryer, off-street parking for one vehicle and a residential parking permit for an additional vehicle on the street.

    This home was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy the Bluegrass Festival!

    We enjoyed our stay in this house. The location was perfect for both hiking and walking to restaurants, shopping, etc. The property mgrs and owners were very responsive. The only drawback of this property were the bathrooms. There was one shared bathroom near the four bedrooms. The other bathroom was oddly located downstairs by the kitchen.

    This is the perfect rental home for a family. Just a few minutes walk to main street & town park, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation where the kids can roam free without too much worry from the parents. Loved the eco friendly design, gorgeous views of the mountains from just about every room in the house.
