Welcome to the Lighthouse Cottage! Located 500 yards from the beautiful beaches on St. Simons Island, the Lighthouse Cottage is the perfect island escape for visitors to enjoy everything that the island has to offer, all within walking distance.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc., are strictly prohibited.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, Lighthouse Cottage also includes a ground-level terrace apartment with a full kitchen, living area, bunkroom bedroom, and bathroom. Two private backyard entrances, one opening into the terrace living area and kitchen and the other into the bunkroom, give guests the flexibility of separate living spaces while still enjoying one home.

Please note: Lighthouse Cottage is rented only as a whole-home offering. The main house and terrace level are not rented separately.
Guests will enjoy an open concept living space with plenty of seating in the living room to gather for a fun game night around the main coffee table or enjoy the game on the large 65 HD Smart TV and the SONOS sound system. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped for guests to enjoy preparing meals, and the gas grill is a bonus cooking feature on the back deck!
The primary suite on the main living level has a King-size bed, an HD TV, and a large bathroom suite with a double vanity. The laundry center is conveniently located in the suite as well. The cottage offers two guest rooms on the main living level, one with a king-size bed with a large walk-in closet, and the second guest bedroom is a kids' bunk bedroom with an HD TV and fun beanbag chairs for kids to enjoy! The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
