Lifes A Beach Gulf Front Townhome! Stunning views of the Gulf!

I don’t feel like this unit is properly cleaned in between guests. Everything was either filthy or broken. Literally everything I touched tried to fall apart in this beach home. Every single tile you see on the floor has zero grout and is uneven. Whomever did the shower on the top floor with rock left grout every where after tiling and its filling up with mold. You will receive little to no toilet paper nor paper towels so buy those and buy trash bags. Hands soaps running empty. The tiny closet the really old and small trash bins are in will make you gag from the heat and smell. The pleather sofa in the living room is clunky and uncomfortable couldn’t find the sheets to even use until I sat on the toilet in the down stairs bathroom and looked up into the laundry room. You will have to wash and dry all the towels you use before leaving which I find very strange per other beach homes usually it’s a pile along with linens but no not here. The welcome book is also very scattered and weird with the long list of departure rules randomly placed throughout. To be honest and I guess blunt for the amount of money I paid for this home it was underwhelming and dirty the rooms, floors and bedsheets did not smell nor look clean.

Home was very nice and has a great beach location. Everything you need for an amazing vacation is onsite. Instant communication with the owners made this a smooth trip. We will be back.

Our goal was to relax on the beach and this home was perfect for that. The views are absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed morning walks on the beach followed by breakfast on the deck each day.The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we even used the charcoal grill a couple of times. Grocery stores and restaurants were conveniently close by.The management team was responsive and kind. When the dryer stopped working during our stay, they immediately offered to bring fresh towels that evening.Don’t forget some extra paper towels, trash bags, and your preferred bath toiletries & hand soaps. They point this out in their listing so don’t miss that!Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and also within a minute or less be right at the ocean front. We had a pretty windy/wavy week with lots of red flags, so unfortunately did not get to see the glassy calm waters I've been following on one of the Navarre Facebook sites and dying to see, but you cannot predict the weather! Gives us more reason to come back! As for the house itself, it was much larger than we expected on the inside. Everything was clean and in good repair. We did not cook a lot, but it appears we would have all the tools we would need to do so. The shower in the master bedroom was very amazing. We had lots of space to spread out in the house, but we spent most of our time outside. I also loved the walking path across the street, which we took down to the coffee truck a couple times. It allowed us to give our dog a good walk, as dogs are not allowed on the beach here (there are separate dog beaches, but given our dog does not like the big waves, we did not try one these). We loved the drive down to Pensacola as well, through the national seashore. It was so beautiful. Pensacola was fun for a day if you want to shop or have more restaurants, but we prefer the more laid back feel of Navarre beach. Thank you for a beautiful stay and we will definitely be back!

Located perfectly on the beach for lazy days, with great views of the beach. It has comfortable beds, great showers, an oversized outside deck, and plenty of room for the family dog. Conveniently located near great local restaurants and shopping.

Property is wonderful and clean. It's a must stay. Property has all of the amenities for a relaxing stay on the beach. Property is clean and well stocked with beach chairs, padel boards, towels and anything else you need. Highly recommend this location.

Had an ac issue after a storm and they came right away to repair. Great that there were many beach chairs etc for guest use. Kitchen well set. Pro/Con: Left something behind. They located it, brought to their office. Still waiting after a few weeks for them to mail it. Cons: Upstairs stays VERY warm. A couple things were a bit dirty and of course being on the water there was some mold. Umbrellas on main level porch need replacing as they were pretty worn.

Walking distance up and over the dunes to the beach. Can't beat that! Not much walking distance besides the beach, which was fine for us. All other pieces will be a drive.

Last minute quick beach vacation with our teenagers. The townhouse was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. Will definitely book again.
