Life is a breeze by the bay

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Hamptons. Bill was very responsive and even sent us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and is located on a quiet beautiful property. The backyard is like an oasis and we loved hanging out by the pool and sitting out on the front deck. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to rent it again one day soon!

What a terrific vacation spot! We loved everything about it. The house is large and very comfortable. There’s a great view from the upstairs bedroom. Absolutely beautiful pool with outdoor shower. The beach, just steps away, is magical. Unlike other bay beaches we’ve been to, it’s sandy, not rocky. It was a pleasure to have beach access without having to get in the car. Bill is a wonderful host—very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and well maintained. Excellent pool, and easy access to the bay for kayaking. Great location between Westhampton and Southampton on a very quiet street.

We went up to the Hampton Bay area for the first time ever and stayed at this house. It was beautiful and located in a very nice neighborhood. We were close to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Bill was a great host and easy to get ahold of in regards to any questions . His home was very welcoming , comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book to rent this property again for any future trips the area. Thank you Bill for the hospitality, we loved our stay. Definitely a 5+ star rating from me.
