We had an excellent stay at License to Chill. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need - from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, toys, and a golf cart for easy transportation. We didn’t need to bring a single thing from home; even a bike pump was provided! The gas grill and Green Egg were excellent and made outdoor cooking a highlight of our stay. The detailed directions and clearly labeled items made everything simple and stress-free. Communication with the owner was outstanding - prompt, helpful, and attentive. We would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

We could not have had a better experience at License to Chill! It was our first trip to the area and this was the perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy your beautiful home! Love the wine and the welcome card, it’s those small touches that really make a difference! Beautiful beach cottage to relax and spend time with family. We have been coming to this house for the past 4 years, and it truly has become a tradition that we all look forward to. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet cozy enough to enjoy time together for coffee, cocktalis, meals and games! The home is always clean, well stocked and the owners are super responsive to any needs that arise. The location could not be better; close to the beach thanks to the golf cart, but also convenient to the pool and close enough for day trips, shopping and activities. It feels like a home away from home. The grandchildren love it. We are thrilled that we are making memories here year after year. Can't recommend it enough and already looking forward to next summer!

This home and property are absolutely beautiful! We vacationed here with friends, and it was perfect for our group of eight. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the ice machine was a huge plus for packing coolers for the beach. The golf cart made trips to the beach and the Big Chill so easy, and the kids adored their cozy bunk room.We had the best vacation here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway

I can not say enough good things about this property and the owners! The property was very spacious and equipped with all the essentials and more you need for a comfortable beach stay! Golf cart, Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, grill, plenty of kitchen storage, complete with great pantry so items were not stored on counters, extra trash bags, dishwasher pods if needed, plenty of cookware and utensils. I mean the list goes on.. Not toMention it was only a few steps away from the pool! It is a fantastic place to stay. I have to mention that the communication between Karen and her husband was excellent. If we had any questions the response time was unbelievably quick.Would definitely rent here again!

The house was perfect for our growing adult family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was awesome. The house is in pristine condition. The bikes and golf cart were great to have! The house had supplies to get you started if you weren't able to get to store right away. The beach is a short golf cart ride away and the pool is a very short walk. The host were quick to respond when I had questions. We can't wait to go back. Loved everything about it ?

House was in great shape when we got there. Had one shower drain that was clogged a little, but they got right out and cleaned it out. Bunk room is very nice, plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Kids are all 3.5 and younger and the house worked perfectly for them. The golf cart is a must have! Outdoor shower is great for cleaning off after the beach. Very close to the pool, easy walk even with small kids. Pool is great for young kids with the gentle sloped entry. Would stay at this house again without hesitation. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. Grill is very nice and easy to use. Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.
