Lg Family Friendly 4 BD, Heated Pool, 12Min To The Strip

We had a great stay overall—this place is easily a 10/10 from a comfort and experience standpoint. The backyard and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of shade, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. A couple areas for improvement: we stayed for 10 days and the pool wasn’t cleaned during that time, which would have been appreciated. Also, the kitchen is quite understocked—only one wine glass, very few plastic glasses for pool use, and just eight plates total. That said, we really enjoyed the property and would absolutely recommend it. With a bit more attention to stocking the kitchen and maintaining the pool, this would be an exceptional rental.

Everything was perfect! The house is very spacious (loved the kitchen!), backyard and pool were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 (3 adult children) stayed for an extended weekend. All had individual bedrooms, the pool and hot tub were great. Great house, private back yard, great set-up!

HIGHLY recommend this property for your stay in Las Vegas!!! Very clean, comfortable, accommodating, any questions were answered quickly by property managers. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to the strip. We had younger adults that ubered to the strip and back, no problem!! All the essentials needed for cooking or grilling. Pool and spa were very clean and everything ran proficiently. We had family in all four rooms and everyone said their mattresses were comfortable and they were happy as we were in the master. House was big enough for a family of 6 to not be on top of each other. Will DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!

The house and outside area with pool worked awesome for our family of 3 adults and 3 teens. Had trouble getting the host to communicate promptly thru the VRBO app so i should have used the phone numbers they provided. We came down from Montana to spend Easter with our family so we cooked in all the time..found most all we needed except for laundry soap, shampoo/condition and body soap so bring your own if using this. Was a great place to be together.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a big group in Vegas for the NFR and this place was perfect. We started every morning in the hot tub/pool. The outdoor space is fabulous as we used the grill and enjoyed the nice weather. The beds were comfortable and the large closets were greatly appreciated since we stayed for 10 days. The host is easy to work with and I would love to stay again!!

The pool was very nice. The house was spacious for the family.

Exactly what we needed! Only cons were the lack of dish detergent and that we wished the hot tub could go up by a couple degrees, otherwise perfect for us.

A great house for all age ranges! I would have given it 5 stars but our only hiccup was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with basic supplies. Could have just been an oversight that week.

Property was beautiful. Convenient to stores and within 10-15 mins of anywhere you wanted to go.. would recommend 100%

The house was great! Big bedrooms, lots of space. Huge kitchen and the pool and backyard were a nice place to cool off and relax. This was a perfect home base for all of our on strip activities and surrounding Las Vegas outings. The owner was quick to respond and the house was as advertised and worked out great for us.

We had an amazing time at this property! The grocery store is a short walk away and there are plenty of things to keep you occupied at this house! I would recommend this property to any family or large group.

Location of the house is great. We were a few blocks from the store and restaurants. Didn’t have any problems getting an uber to get us to and from the strip. Great pool and back yard. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Ron was very quick to get back to me when we had questions. Good place to stay.

Loved the location of home close to strip but yet far enough away to be peaceful. Great neighborhood to walk around. Owner was ver accommodating and quick to respond.

We loved this property! Great location close enough to the strip but far enough away to relax. Our family made the most of having a private pool, spending time outside and a friendly family poker game. Highly recommend for families traveling with teens!

Plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Convenient location to the Art District, huge gem and art store and the Arte Museum on the strip

Great location to stay for bachelor party! 12-15 minutes to the strip (20 Uber one way usually), plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Great place for family. There were 10 of us and everyone had their space. We could eat together in the dining room and play lots of games together in the game room. Close to airport and downtown Vegas.

Incredible week! We brought our parents and kids for NFR and Cirque du Soleil. Perfect property to enjoy family time, relaxation time, and close to all of the fun.

We loved this house. Location is perfect. Close to strip and airport. Lots of space, clean. Everything we needed. The outdoor space is amazing. We enjoyed the game room.

We do an annual guys trip and found this place on VRBO. It’s about 20 minutes outside Vegas in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and inviting and the host was a great communicator. Highly recommend.
