Lewes Beach home, 3 BR, 2 baths 6 min to beaches! Bike trail @ entry to block

Perfect location! Close to our favorite coffee place, bike trails, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable!

My husband and I really enjoyed the house and its location in a quiet residential neighborhood about a mile from the village. We walked into the village one day but mostly took our car; the beach we like at Henlopen State Park is an easy drive under ten minutes. We could also walk over to the walking/bicycle trail which goes through Lewes to Henlopen, or we could walk to King’s Station, a terrific coffee and pastry cafe. The house itself has a lovely private yard, and we loved relaxing on the screened porch. All rooms are spotless; the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything just seemed designed for comfort—great bed, living room, nice updated bathrooms. Really every detail seemed well planned, and Eric was a great host, always accessible and communicative.

Clean, comfortable, peaceful and in a convenient location by The Station and a bike trail. A relaxing environment with all the necessary amenities and plenty of space. Bonus points for the outdoor porch and fun beach decor. Great stay!

We had a wonderful experience! The house was clean, comfortable, very well situated, and it felt like everything we could need or want was anticipated by the hosts. Communication was excellent - friendly, fast and informative. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Lewes and the surrounding area.

Beautiful house. Well maintained

We've been coming to Lewes beach every year and this beach home has been our favorite so far! The place is very clean with lots of useful amenities. The location is convenient and a short drive away from beaches, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We appreciated the quick & responsive communication with the host - he was very kind and gave wonderful recommendations. Looking forward to another future stay at this lovely home.
