Let’s go to the beach! 3 bed, 2 bath- Bethany Beach townhouse

Ann’s place is perfect! The house has everything you could need, it’s very clean, and well maintained. It’s the perfect spot for a family to stay. We will be booking it again!

This place was amazing to stay at. It was the perfect location for walking/driving to the beach, it was very clean, and every detail was thought of. Ann was such a fantastic host! We can’t wait to stay here again!

The property was just as described/pictured and worked great for two friends meeting up for a weekend. Very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Close to everything and loved the beach themed townhouse. Hostess was very nice and was reachable if needed. We’ll be back for sure!

I am sure there are many other reasons one would want to stay at Ann's wonderful townhouse, but for us it was a perfect one night stop over on our two day trip to North Carolina. With seven of us traveling together, it meant we were all able to be in a shared space rather than a series of motel rooms and I am very thankful that Ann is willing to provide her place for just a single night! The place would be great for an extended stay as it has everything you need to prepare meals, do laundry, even take an outdoor shower. The attention to detail was remarkable to me, and I have years or vacation rental history to compare this to. I wish we had been able to stay longer as it feels like we only scratched the surface of what the townhouse and the area of Bethany Beach have to offer. We were able to walk down the the beach and boardwalk in the evening and were happily surprised at the festive atmosphere that continued even into the night. Ann was quick to respond to any questions I had and offered suggestions on how to make the most of our limited time there. I would gladly reserve this townhouse again.

Ann was an amazing host. Exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Rental had everything we needed. Great location for evenings spent at the Little League Senior Softball World Series in Roxanne and exploring up and down the coast during the days. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this house! It’s very clean, super cute, and the property manager is very kind. The mattresses are very comfortable as well. My family and I definitely will book a stay here again.
