Let It Be - Golf Cart Included - Deeded Beach Access - Community Pool- Sleeps 12

Everything about this house and location surpassed expectation! This house was booked for my sister's bachelorette party and it was seriously the cutest! We had 8 girls in total and were entirely comfortable during our stay. The beach access was perfect and pretty secluded (which we love)! We were close enough to all the great restaurants and charming shops without being in all the hustle and bustle (which we also love)! This was our groups first time in the area and I could not imagine a more perfect trip than the one we experienced at Let It Be! I would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

Let it Be was just what we needed. Located right across the street from the beach in 30a made it convenient to visit each day and the place was nicely decorated with thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Master bathroom and upstairs wrap around porch were the best. Beds were comfortable. Only small thing we missed was batteries in some of the remote controls. Overall would return again. Great spot!

The location was great for beach access and just a short trip. We enjoyed porch immensely. The main disappointment with the house was the upkeep, amenities, and expectations from us. The letter from management stated that we were responsible for sweeping and returning the house to its original state even though we pay for cleaning. When we arrived there was trash under the beds and couches and cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling. The toilet paper was thinner than anything I've ever seen before and it was rationed, so any prospective renters should prepare to bring their own. We still enjoyed the stay a lot, but were disappointed in the presentation and amenities, given the cost of the stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and the perfect size for our group ( 6 adults, 1 toddler). The location and amenities made it ideal. It was convenient to everything (pool, beach, food) which is so important with a little one. We rented bikes and rode into the various towns on multiple occasions for coffee, dinner, parks ect. Highly recommend!

This charming beach bungalow was big enough for our large family with plenty of sleeping options but all the coziness of home. I loved the work they did on the remodel and the decor had me studying all the thoughtful touches throughout. Time, expense, and care has gone into every corner of this house, and the hop across the street to the beach was easy, and a gorgeous beach was waiting for us. Perfect option for a big group that is high style without being crazy expensive.

This is a nice and clean place to stay. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. You do have to walk down a few flights of stairs, but so does everyone else staying on this section of the beach. What was really nice, was on a Saturday, July 24th, there was hardly anyone on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Let It Be. The house was well stocked and beautiful. It was the perfect size for our family and the beds were comfy. We did have a few minor issues - the kitchen sink was backed up when we arrived and it took about 24 hours for it to be fixed. It was inconvenient but the repair guy was super friendly. The outdoor space was beautiful but the furniture was dirty so didn’t use it. Finally, loved the proximity to the beach but - those stairs! As others have mentioned it should be listed in the description for those that might have mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and we would rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at “Let It Be”. It was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The screened in porch was so welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and appliances. The proximity to the beach was super convenient. One important detail about this property's beach access is the amount of stairs needed to get to the beach. This would be a real issue for anyone not able to do a large amount of stairs. We used three of the bikes and they rode fine. They weren't all usable, but the latest property description said they couldn't be guaranteed. Beautiful home Great location Timely response to issue with cable tv Only negative was an odor in the back yard. Smelled kind of like cat droppings. Not sure if there are stray cats or other animals but we didn't spend much time in the back yard or side yard

The house was wonderful - cozy, yet spacious. The outdoor spaces were fantastic - from the screened-in porch with bed swings to the firepit to the second floor deck. The pictures don't do the space justice with how cute it is! Easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach and beyond. My only negative would be that there was no mention of the stairs to the beach. For my party, it was not a problem, but mentioning somewhere in the description of the property the 50+ stairs to the beach would be helpful, especially for families who may have people with limited mobility or have difficulty taking numerous stairs.
