Newly renovated home just over a 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame campus! Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which has a deluxe king bed! Downstairs is a large bedroom with 3 beds in it. There are full bathrooms on each level of the house. Everything inside the home is new and have only been used a couple of times. A beautiful kitchen with everything you will need to prepare in-home meals. We’ve recently added a garage and deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit! Trader J

Stayed Oct 2, 2025House was perfect. Owner had everything needed, plus so many extras that were great. The ND clear bags and backpacks for the stadium along with the cooler were great additions.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024House was beyond clean, decor and vibe was over the top adorable, everything was easy to use and on working order. Property managers were beyond kind, were very very organized & gave all pertinent information to us in a timely fashion! Super incredible people with an over the top adorable home. Great for game day or anyone who wants to be walk g distance to eddy street or campus. We stayed there with my mom and dad and 3 kids and there was plenty of space and everything we needed was there! Can’t say enough! You won’t be disappointed if you rent from this very nice couple!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We stayed for a ND game weekend, this house had everything we needed and was an easy walk to campus. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of space for our 8 people, and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the snacks and beverages that were provided, very nice of the host! Checkin was easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We would stay again!

Stayed May 16, 2024Beautiful home, completely renovated. All of the small details were definitely kept in mind. We loved the house and all the heart that was poured in to it when getting it ready! Wish we were able to spend more time in the home but we were super busy! Also, wish this house would’ve been available sooner, we would’ve stayed many times over the past four years! Great communication and kind owner.
