Stayed May 5, 2025The house appeared as the description but generally looked quite tired & in need of some refurbishment. The outside blind was torn in places, the Venetian blind would not draw & the shower was rusty at the base. Upstairs there was bed linen but we had to make the beds up ourselves. In the kitchen we discovered the fridge door was closed but not switched on, therefore there was a strong odour inside. There were plenty of plates but only 2 cups & 2 bowls. On arrival I was surprised to find there was no WiFi available therefore tried to contact the host but received no response. Although not essential it is now normally expected due to people home working. I feel the house needs a little investment to upgrade the accommodation as similar comments were made in 2022!
