This is a very comfortable, well kept house in a great location. The many upgrades are tasteful and enhanced our stay. We normally don’t cook on vacation but did this time and really enjoyed the well laid out and fully stocked kitchen.

This cute home was a couple blocks from everything! We walked there every day. Plus ingles grocery was also close since we had a full kitchen. Our family needed the relaxation. The fire pit in the backyard was nice at the end of the day. Beware the walkway was not lighted at night we had to use our phone light to walk the path to the front door. The driveway was tiny luckily we drive a trax. We were able to wash all of the clothes so we wouldn’t have to do it when we got home. Super nice.

Beautiful little house! Owner thought of everything you may need for a great vacation and very clean. Close to shopping and restaurants in town.

This house is perfect for a week in the mountains! The only issue we encountered was an accidental water shut off by the city, but the hosts worked with us to navigate the issue and it was corrected fairly quickly! We look forward to booking this house again!

Perfect ideal place to stay when visiting Black Mountain!

Nice little house and convenient to I40. Great shops and a wonderful little restaurant named Louise’s Kitchen just down the street.

The accommodation for this house was awesome. Everything we needed from a beautiful view of the mountains on the front porch to a back porch that we could grill out with family. Very clean and well organized. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Cozy, warm home with awesome decor. Close to fantastic restaurants and easy access to I 40. Need to change those interior shower curtains (mold). Other than that we’ll be back!

My husband, 7yo son and I had a great time during our stay in BM at this sweet little house. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants easily and the house itself was just as shown in the photos - clean, cozy, and well-appointed. As others have mentioned, the surrounding properties were not as well-kept, which was a little off-putting at first. But we never had any security issues and the location mostly made up for that. It was a lovely place to stay for a small family or couple looking to be close to town.

The place was walking distance to cute town… restaurants, bars and shops and golfing, hiking and lake! House had nice finishes. The owner made the most out of the “petite” space.

My husband and I traveled to Black Mountain for a quick getaway. We stayed at this location and found it convenient. The neighborhood is somewhat run down along the edge of town. The parking is very difficult. Although there is a place right in front of this house, there was a car that is present (that appears to have been hit along the drivers side) and it never moved from the spot. We were forced to use the grass driveway which is very seep, narrow and overgrown with bushes. Difficult to get into and out of the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Les Petite Maison. The house was within easy walking distance to downtown Black Mountain shops, restaurants, & breweries! Would definitely stay here again!

Our party of 5 enjoyed this beautiful home in Black Mtn. Every amenity was provided and check-in/check-out was seamless. Situated in an older area of Black Mtn within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and all the quaint shops in town. Don’t be put off by the “locals only” type neighborhood, we had no issues with any of the neighbors. Great stay!

Perfect place in Black Mountain. Walking distance to downtown Black Mountain dining and shopping. Stayed in, cooked burgers on the grill and roasted marshmallows. Quiet enough in the morning to hear plenty of bird songs. I have an EV vehicle and this property was easy walking distance to 3 free EV chargers in Black Mountain. The kitchen was well equipped and meals were easy to prepare. The host provides clear information and timely communication.

The house was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would choose to stay here again when visiting the area.

This house is very centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and shops in Black Mountain. We enjoyed our stay here and were very comfortable!

Very walkable location. Cute place! Tandem parking was issue because driveway was soooo narrow and trek from car to porch very uneven. Elderly group of 4 people ages 75, 76, 78 and 80 so need a few more railing and stability for getting up to porch but we made do. Bath/shower in master suite was totally clogged with a huge amount of hair but we are handy and fixed it. Enjoyed stay

Where to start… Great communication with property managers, they made everything easy. Cute home. It’s definitely petite but had everything we needed. Kids loved playing in front yard. (Back yard is huge by the way). Neighbors were friendly. Easy walk to town. We come to BM just about every year, and this was perfect for our short stay.

We enjoyed our week of relaxation and seeing new sites in Black Mountain. Cottage was adorable and just a few blocks from downtown. Very convenient. The bed was very comfy which is a big deal to us!! The restaurants are just amazing!!
