In 2015, our rooms were lovingly renovated and furnished in a contemporary style to provide you with an unrivalled stay. Enjoy the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern facilities in an idyllic retreat.

The interior of our holiday home welcomes you with well thought-out furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Starting in the entrance area with cloakroom and shoe rack, through the separate, functionally equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and more, to the cosy living room with satellite TV/radio. The bedroom guarantees restful nights with two beds and a fold-out bed stool. For your convenience, the beds are already made for your arrival. The modern shower, separate WC and a free cot for children up to the age of 3 round off the offer. The rustic design with a low ceiling height (approx. 195cm) ensures an authentic living experience.

Outside, a covered arbour with table and chairs invites you to linger, while the adjoining sunbathing lawn with deckchairs and mountain views promises pure relaxation. Barbecue fans will get their money's worth with the outdoor barbecue provided. A lockable sports equipment room is available for sports enthusiasts. The use of the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the main house is a further convenience that we offer.

The area surrounding our holiday home is a paradise for active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation. The valley station of the Schilthorn-Piz Gloria cable car and the Stechelberg Schilthornbahn bus/postbus station are just 500 metres away. Adventure-seekers can look forward to sports activities such as paragliding, hiking, mountain biking, cycling tours, mountaineering and climbing in the immediate vicinity. In winter, there are also marvellous ski areas for alpine and cross-country skiing.

    This was the most wonderful house to stay in - beautiful authentic Swiss Alpine architecture but with all the modern amenities one could need. Comfortable and spacious. Unrivalled access to Schilthorn gondola for getting into the queue first thing! Excellent proximity to Lauterbrunnen town and station for mountain excursions. Can’t speak highly enough of this amazing place! Can’t wait to come back.

    We loved our stay at this cottage. It was in a very private quiet setting , it was very clean and well equipped. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. It is a little walk to get to the bus stop or to a town, but we liked that!
