Ledgerock Pointe: Private 3/2 Canyon Lake Waterfront + Panoramic Views + Ping Pong + Fenced Yard

The house was fine other than a couple of scorpion we found. Luckily they were already dead. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, I just wish the water was a little closer and more swimmable. The low lake levels are really apparent when you see for far the neighboring boat ramp is from the water.

A great property with an amazing view. Fun activities for the kids with basketball and ping pong, and a direct staircase to the beach. One suggestion, the rear main deck appears to be sinking or dropping on the southwest corner, not sure if it's the footing sinking or the way the joist extension was installed but it should probably be looked at soon. Thanks again!

Great location on Canyon lake and 30-40 mins from everywhere we visited. The house is in major need of deep cleaning. Deck furniture had so much grime and cobwebs couldn't have used patio furniture. Lots of dead bugs/spiders in door and windowsill. Bathroom and kitchen counters were clean but cobwebs everywhere, thick.

The house was perfect for a short trip to the Hill Country. I visited the house last year and fell in love with the views. It was the perfect place to go back to with a group of friends. The hosts communicated throughout our stay and told us to reach out if we needed anything. The deck has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The chairs are comfy and perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We really enjoyed the small fire pit on the cooler nights! We also enjoyed walking down the steps to get to the water. My friends and I are already planning our return trips with our families!

This is the perfect home for a Texas Hill Country getaway for 2-5 people. Very homey, a perfectly sized cottage. Quiet neighborhood with deer roaming about. Nice wide, level yard for outdoor activities with privacy. Covered back patio deck has an incredible view of Canyon Lake. There are private stairs going down with railings until you reach a gentle slope to continue down to the water. Beautiful wildflowers and outcrops of prickly pear as you follow the trail. We had a momma red fox cross the back deck. Very relaxing atmosphere. The location is central to traveling to San Antonio, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg. Would rent this home again.

We had family traveling from all corners of the country for a fun Eclipse event. The house was great, the lake was beautiful (even though it was very low and not super accessible) and there was plenty of fun things to do around the area. Too bad our eclipse viewing was clouded over but we still had a great time.

This was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the views from the back patio. However, the lake level was very low at the time. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and home was very clean. We took a short drive into Gruene for the afternoon one day, and about an hour drive to San Antonio another day. Communication and response with the property team was very quick. We would recommend this home for adults or for families as there is plenty of room outdoors to run and play.
