Very clean and great communication with the host! Super comfy couches, board games available, would recommend!

This property isn't in the best neighborhood. When we arrived the grass wasn't cut, and there was trash in the yard. Once inside the rental there was candy wrapping in 2 of 3 bedrooms. I communicated the issues with the host, she wanted all the details about the trash inside of the house not once addressing the yard not being cut and trash through out the yard, until I asked if she could get it taken care of. The host then stated it was trash day and the trash in the yard came from the trash being blown into the yard. The host also stated she knew the grass was uncut and her lawn company wouldn't be coming until the next week.To avoid my family and I having any further issues, I called the support line to try and cancel our stay for the 2 remaining nights and was told I quote.. no because the host had the neighbors come and check the yard and said it's not even that much trash in the yard. The host then reached out to me at 11pm asking if I canceled my reservation after refusing to give a refund. She went back and forth with me knowing the answer to her own question. Very unprofessional The wash room had clothes in it, so we couldn't use it. The blinds throughout the house was also not in the condition to prevent anyone from looking inside. The curtains are sheer, so that didn't do much to cover the blinds being broken.

The house has everything you would ever need. Very nice and extra clean.

House was excellent! Super comfy beds and plenty of space for 4 adults. Very responsive host and no issues with entry. Very clean as well!

Let me start by saying this place is CLEAN. From the furniture ti the linens. Everything was clean and organized. Stocked coffee maker with pods. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds. I will say the place is small but had plenty of room for our party who were just passing through. Host are very communicative and accommodating. 5/5

House was beautiful & clean inside and smelled lovely. Bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and the kitchen was bright and modern. Host was prompt, communicative, and super pleasant. The next door neighbor was also incredibly friendly and cordial.
