The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers the Moulin de Pilet, built in the 16th century, for rent. The 140 m² mill can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers thanks to its 2 bedrooms. Whether you're in the bedrooms, kitchen or living room, you'll enjoy the view over La Sèvre Nantaise and the garden. You'll also appreciate this exceptional setting from the balcony, terrace or 250 m² south-facing garden. Bed linen and towels provided. We're waiting for you!

The accommodationcomprises
- A south-facing living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, fireplace (non-functional), stove, bookcase and TV.
- Separate, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining table for 6.
- Laundry room
- Bedroom 1 Roseau: Double bed and closet
- Bedroom 2 Rocher: 2 single beds and closet
- Bathroom with shower, double basins, washing machine and dryer

Unoverlooked, south-facing 250 m² garden. The garden is enclosed and offers direct, private access to the Sèvre Nantaise river. The garden and its shaded terrace are equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. A table tennis table is also at your disposal! Everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Ideally located in the heart of the valley, on the Sèvre Nantaise river, the Moulin de Pilet is sure to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing stay. Just a 20-minute walk away, you'll find all the local shops you need in the village of Mortagne-sur-Sèvre. You can also take advantage of the market every Tuesday morning in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre and every morning in Cholet, 12 km away.

Le Moulin de Pilet A lovely place with currently two bedrooms currently. On rushing river this is a beautifully designed and converted mill. With all equipment needed. Roger is very nice, he met and welcomed us, the house is just a very short walk from the nearby car park.

Le Moulin de Pilet Nice and unique house. Host is very friendly. plenty of pillows and hangars. separate washer and dryer. bring your own powder/detergent. Cons cannot park at house itself. you have to park and walk 3 minutes. I checked in when it was raining. The road to property is narrow and winding. challenging. A mezzanine, called “Milou de Poulet”, with two single beds. is Closed. if you think you can dine next to the mill, you cannot. The mill is at basement. not easy to get to. the ping pong table is now placed next to mill. if there is a weird smell in the kitchen, check compartment left of oven. The shower is dark and small. the floor trap bobbles eerily.

Le Moulin de Pilet We enjoyed our stay immensely, the home is so cosy and relaxing with beautiful greenery and river views from nearly every window! Roger and Stephanie were lovely hosts and provided a very thorough check in and easy check in and meet up point. The home was well stocked to be able to cook your own meals with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We spent 5 days and could have stayed longer! Thanks Roger & Stephanie!

Le Moulin de Pilet Our stay at the Moulin de Pilet was great. This property is a gem and is exactly as the pictures describe. Access by car is a little challenging due to narrow path but we found that using the parking 200 meters away is no problem. The owners are great for check-in and check-out and communication. 5-star stay for sure. Cette propriete est exceptionelle avec un tres grand charme. Les photos sont representative de la maison et l'emplacement est unique. Les proprietaires sont tres gentils et ponctuels pour le check-in et check-out.
