Stayed Dec 14, 2019We loved it! The whole place was spacious and cozy! Only complaint is the carpet needs replacing in the living and dining area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed the month of January 2016. At that time the property was in need of updates and repairs. I see in the pictures some updates were done. New curtains and ??? We had to call maintenance several times to do repairs which included fixing the patio furniture ( which is not comfortable), fix a slow drain, and move the TV internet boxes which looked like airport landing strips flashing all night. There is no headboard, and the dresser in the bedroom was not sufficient. There were no supplies left for us to get started, and with a new years day arrival made purchasing basic supplies difficult. We had to ask for a bath mat and towels that were not torn and worn thin. The living room is furnished in shabby chic which we found to be more shabby than chic! The couch sunk in, the shades on the lamps were torn . The kitchen had bare essentials at best. The location was good, the pool nice and the BBQ area met our needs. But due to our initial experience we chose not to return to this unit.

Stayed Jan 31, 2018A good base to enjoy Scottsdale. Very convenient location in excellent condo development with nice amenities. Signature Vacations staff members were attentive to our needs and dealt with maintenance issues in an effective and efficient manner.
