Stayed Oct 7, 2025Charming and spacious cottage an easy walk to all of Rouen's sights. Americans take note: there is a dryer! The bathroom situation is unconventional to US eyes but perfectly normal and workable for French sensibilities. We loved the secure parking site, the amenities, and the gracious host.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025A lovely, period cottage, with bags of character.The hosts were very helpful and informative.It is only a short walk into the centre of Rouen, but has some excellent food shops nearby. But do ask where they are because you will never find them unassisted.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location - only 10 minutes walk to the train station (with excellent trains to Paris, if you fancy a day trip to the capital) and the historical town centre. There are two boulangeries and one small supermarket in walking distance (5 minutes). We didn't use our car at all, there's no need given that everything is really close by. We appreciated that we could park our car in the small yard. The house has everything we needed. The owners, Sébastian and Marie Pierre, were really helpful with any questions we had. All in all a great place to stay in Rouen!
