In Yviers, in the south of Charente, the accommodation, a Charentais longère, is as follows:

In the center:
- A large living room of 50 m² with TV,sleeping area with sofa bed, dining area and an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.

East side:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200), a single bed (90x190) and a double sofa-bed for two.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Large bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

West side:
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 6x3m swimming pool (private, unheated) secured by an electric roller shutter, open from May 1 to September 30.
- A 100m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A lovely 400 m² enclosed, south-facing private garden

The house is ideally located in Yviers, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- On Monday mornings, stroll through the Chalais market, one of the biggest in the southern Charente, to discover local produce and an authentic atmosphere.
- Visit the monolithic Saint-Jean church in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, an underground masterpiece classified as one of France's most beautiful villages.
- Take a trip to Saint-Émilion to explore its wine châteaux and admire its medieval architecture.
- Discover the famous cognac houses in Cognac through guided tours and exhibitions on their know-how.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
