It consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 59 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area<br>- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single bed, wardrobe

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 59 m² south-facing, shaded garden. It is shared and not enclosed
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).

- Nearest airport: Nantes (approximately 72 km)
