A car is highly recommended to get around the Orlando area and make the most of your stay.



Each property allows a maximum of 6 vehicles (or 3 large passenger vans). Vehicles must not block sidewalks or park on the street. Motorcycles and golf carts are only allowed if street-legal and registered, and must be parked inside the garage.



🚫 Not allowed on the property (except for temporary loading/unloading): commercial vehicles, RVs, self-propelled motor homes, trailers, and boats.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

🎉 No Parties or Large Gatherings — $150 fine; eviction possible with no refund.
