We loved the location. One house in from the beach, 2 blocks from the grocery and pharmacy. Beach and swimming pool! Paradise

3 minute walk from the door to the sand. Beach was amazing. House was updated and clean. Ranch Style spread out with full Landry room, Pool seating area. This Beach House would be wonderful for couples. Pretty backyard with the pool. Walgreens and cupcake shop 2 blocks away. What can I say... I'm in Love The host was Great and easy fast response. We Will be back soon.

Lazy Palm Cottage was a total win-win: great host, cool amenities, and a seriously awesome pool situation. Okay, let's start with the host, Nicky – a real hospitality champ. I mean, they practically had a PhD in making us feel at home. From extra amenities that made us wonder if they were mind readers to a level of communication that had us convinced they had a hotline straight to Siri, this host was on point. I've never experienced communication at this level, she was incredibly thorough. Now, let's talk about the pool. It's the kind of pool that made us think, Why can't all pools be this way? This thing was like a ninja at dodging those blazing Florida rays. Always in the shade, it made our pool time feel like a cool breeze even in the hottest heat. We didn't need to slap on a pound of sunscreen just to take a dip, and that, my friends, is a poolside miracle. All in all, our VRBO getaway was a real gem. If you're seeking a cozy spot where you're treated like a VIP and a pool that defies the laws of sunburn, give this place a shot. Solid five stars from us – this cottage and its shade-savvy pool get a thumbs-up and a nod of appreciation from this sun-soaked traveler! ??️?‍♂️

My family has been coming to Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach, Florida for 30 years and this place was absolutely wonderful. Bigger than the pictures do justice. Many areas inside and out that were great for togetherness or if you wanted to be alone somewhere. House has everything you would ever need and more. It is extremely close to beach access. The pool was very spacious to fit a big family. Very convenient to all things on the island. Easy to get in and out of as traffic wasn’t busy. Owners were so welcoming and hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They treated us like family and were readily available. This is definitely a place you will want to come back to as I know our family will.

I highly recommend staying in this cottage. So much nicer than staying in a standard beach condo. This cottage has so much character! Lots of space for a family. Location is one house away from an amazing uncrowded beach. Furnishings and amenities were wonderful! The backyard pool and patio area were the icing on the cake. The property owner is attentive to any questions and a very kind person. We would definitely stay here again!

This property's pictures are deceptive, it's a lot bigger than we thought. From the street you see a quaint cottage. Once you open the front door , that's where the shock of how large the house is. The primary bedroom and bunk bedroom were close to each other on one side of the house. The other bedroom was on the other side of the house, which my mother in law liked for privacy and winding down. The pool and covered patio was a hit for everyone. I think the kids spent more time in the saltwater pool than the beach. Everything about the property and property managers was fantastic and our family really enjoyed our experience.

Not sure where to even begin! This property was flat out amazing!! It was everything and more than we expected. The location couldn’t have been better. The pool was super nice and kept up as it was cleaned multiple times per week. We can’t wait to rebook this property again!!

We loved Lazy Palm Cottage. It's in a wonderful location, steps to the beach, but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The cottage is a little quirky with its different levels but perfect for grandma on one side and the kids on the other. Our favorite thing was the awesome back yard with plenty of seating and the best pool we have ever had on the island! Nicky was great to deal with and I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I, together with daughter and son-in-law, enjoyed a wonderful holiday staying at Lazy Palm Cottage. The location is AMAZING - just 100 steps from the front door to the beach, five minutes from a good range of shops and the AMI trolley stop. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with loads of ‘little extras’ including a drawer full of useful bits such as batteries, elastic bands, sewing equipment, basic tools etc, made it feel a real home from home. The accommodation is deceptively spacious and ideal for 2 couples as the bedrooms/bathrooms are on either side of the house meaning that you are not constantly falling over each other. We loved the outside space and pool as well as the beach trolley, chairs and umbrellas. Nicky responded promptly and helpfully to any communications and the instructions for accessing and leaving the property were timely and clear. We loved our stay, didn’t want to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
