Explore the Nantahala National Forest at Jackrabbit Mountain, less than 20 minutes from the property, with trails for mountain biking and dog-friendly hiking. Just 11 minutes away, Fires Creek Recreation Area is a local favorite for scenic hikes, swimming, and trout fishing.

Across the Georgia border, discover High Shoals Falls Trail, a 38-minute drive, or head to Alpine Helen, 46 minutes away, for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
