Positioned on the waterfront, this home offers a peaceful, laid-back setting where open skies and water views shape the experience. Soaring ceilings and a light, neutral palette enhance the sense of space, while large doors draw the outdoors in.

The main living area is open and inviting, with plenty of room to relax or gather together. Glass sliding doors create a seamless transition to the undercover alfresco, making it just as easy to dine outside as it is to unwind indoors. Ducted air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. The kitchen is centrally placed and well-equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a coffee machine for easy mornings. A walk-in pantry adds extra convenience, while the adjoining dining area provides a homey setting for shared meals.

Outdoors is where the home truly shines. The covered alfresco includes a dining setting and BBQ, flowing onto a sunlit deck with loungers. From here, step down to your private jetty—perfect for casting a line, sitting by the water, or simply enjoying the stillness of the lakeside. A fire pit offers a cosy setting in cooler months (not available during fire ban periods).

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and private ensuite, creating a more secluded retreat. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a single bed—ideal for children or an extra guest. The main bathroom is centrally located with both a bath and separate shower, while a dedicated laundry and secure parking for two cars add everyday convenience to the stay.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
