Lazy Bear and Cubhouse: Escape with Everyone

The cabin is very spacious and the location was perfect. It’s close to downtown and the neighborhood is super cute. We loved the patio/deck where we enjoyed spending quality time together. However, there was a slight ant problem which we were not made aware of and there were ant traps left on the kitchen counter as well as active ants on the counter so we could not have any food out. But after reaching out to the property manager, they immediately sent someone to help where they replaced the traps and apologized as there was supposed to be an exterminator sent before our stay. The clubhouse automatic lock was missing the back plate and appeared to have been broken previously and fixed with a metal plate in the doorframe. It was a minor concern as it locked securely but does seem that it needs to probably be replaced. Overall though, our stay was great and appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property managers. It was a comfortable experience, clean and would love to stay again! Thank you!

Place was sufficient and accommodated our group. I was pleased with the overall stay, the staff was responsive and helpful to our messages even outside of the normal business time we did get a response.

The cabin is very clean and easy to get ahold of the host at any time.

The house was very clean. There were items missing but we adapted. We do wish we would have known that the downstairs was only accessible from outside. The grandkids wanted to stay down there, so one of us adults took turn, staying down there with them at night. The house is in a great location and we had a good time

The property and location was amazing the only thing I didn't realize or read thoroughly was that the upstairs bedrooms and clubhouse were not connected but it didn't matter or bother older grandkids kinda gave them a sense of independence. Overall it was an amazing stay. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay . Everything we needed - spacing cozy . Downfall was there was no access to bottom cub retreat from the top floor .

We enjoyed the home. So clean, very well stocked, maybe needs new pans for families who like to cook, and just loved the deck. Very relaxing and cozy.
