    The space was great, clean, in a good location, and fully stocked. We did have an issue with the AC going out, but management was on it, and unfortunately, it could not be fixed during our stay. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. One thing is that parking is around the corner of the house, so it is a walk from the car to the front door, as there is no back entrance to the house from the parking.

    We stayed for roughly a month so we really got to know the area and while it’s close to everything in PB and the beach there is a sense of privacy. The house is just like the photo’s with an exceptionally well stocked kitchen, they had everything, WIFI was also quick. We were a bit concerned about the unit behind being occupied but we never saw the tenant and felt very comfortable, and the neighbors were very welcoming. Highly recommend

    This property is amazing , it is beautiful inside and out . Stocked with anything you will ever need . Location is amazing for beach and dining . Love the patio area !! We will be back for sure !!

    Spotlessly clean, light and airy, completely comfortable—this was the perfect home to spend a week relaxing in the Pacific Beach neighborhood. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was outfitted for real cooking with excellent cookware, plenty of dishes and utensils, and the knives were actually sharp! Great location and easy communication with the host. Would definitely rent again.

    My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful beach house with our son. The September weather and neighborhood were wonderful. Scored on parking on Law Street to unpack car. Also had additional driveway parking. Great Livingroom for movie night. Nice big kitchen island for dining. Loved the rain shower in both bathrooms. Cool light up umbrellas on patio to play board games and BBQ. We did several activities including ocean front yoga at Palisades Park, biking, running, surfing, boogie boarding, and frisbee. Diners at Enoteca, burgers at Rocky's, beers at Dirty Birds, tacos at Oscar's, and breakfast at Fig and Kono's. Trader Joe's was close. We will stay here again. Loved the house and location.

    This is the most beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The home is decorated in an ocean theme, has all new appliances, a gorgeous ocean view from the upstairs bedroom, and very luxurious bathroom fixtures, including rain shower heads. There is a spacious outdoor patio with lounge area, as well as a large dining table. We caught ourselves saying all the time: “Oh, we would like this in our house…”, about different things, for example the remote controlled window coverings throughout the house, or the lit up kitchen cabinet holding various glasses. The location couldn’t be more perfect with the beach and the Pacific Beach boardwalk being only a block away. We already booked our next stay, and can’t wait to be back there.
