Stunning, highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.

This home features three Cal-King master bedrooms with en-suites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds that share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with travertine/marble floors, custom panel cabinetry, hardware, granite countertops, and custom-designed showers with travertine/marble pattern inlays. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The bedding in the home is from PotteryBarn or of equivalent quality.

The partial open-concept kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, a full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—the dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the countertop bar. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

The main living room has high-speed wireless internet and a queen sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, an inground Jacuzzi, an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. The game room, accessible through one of the children's rooms, features a pool table and ping pong. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers are also available. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home.

The home is a 1.1 mile walk to the Disney Bus/Tram in the Toy Story Parking Lot (free) and a 1/2-mile to the Anaheim Convention Center. It has central air and heat; you can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
