Stayed Oct 15, 2023House was nice clean neat .Only thing was the owner had party’s accepted only reason I booked.The owner end up texting my phone saying I didn’t pay $300 for 15 people gathering which was not on the booking.

Had a small issue with the AC (had to do with the actual thermostat NOT the AC) but the owner was AMAZING and resolved the issue even at the late hour. He kept an eye on the thermostat and texted me the next day even before I noticed it. I would definitely rent from him without reservation. The deck outside was AMAZING..
