Nice house, only the swimmingpool not clean

This is possibly our first time leaving a negative comment regarding rental holiday home as we travel often to whether civilised or remote areas (ex : Koyasan from Japan to Libya), however, we met the most chaos in this house. Firstly, BelVilla (the operating estate agency) doesn't wish to do efforts to communicate through VRBO platform if there's any question regarding specific info despite the fact that we book through VRBO is in order to use the general VRBO chat platform to communicate. The next, we'd the promise of an(after-long-mailing-instead-of-via-VRBO-) arranged late check-in time but the key was still not there so an eventual long trouble of phoning/searching. In addition, we thought the house would be bigger and independent( with 4 façades) as the photos/description show this but it's actually only partially. The stony house is separated into 3 parts and ours is only a third of it. Although the garden is indeed huge but you feel immediate a feeling of sharing garden with someone else. The house itself is well cleaned and maintained but no warm-hearted feelings. We literally brought and bought everything(even salt or dishwasher blocks were not provided). The last and the most disturbing part, the cleaning ladies came in before check-out time(9h45) without knocking the door and were rude to our family. All in all, we indeed enjoyed a few things in this house(ambient and charm) but the entire experience could have been better.

Tout d'abord, je suis très impressionnée par la propreté de la maison. Félicitations à l'équipe de nettoyage ! En outre, une très belle maison authentique, on a l'impression d'être dans un décor de film d'autrefois. Nous avons profité de la piscine avec sauna et avons passé des heures à jouer au billard, un vrai bonus. Et avant que j'oublie, merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue ! Très apprécié. L'accueil était également chaleureux, accueillant et très serviable.

Leuk groot huis, wel verouderd. Hele grote mooie tuin. Zwembad en sauna zijn in orde, zwembad mag wel wat warmer. We zijn voor die prijs wel meer luxe/nieuwere huizen gewoon. Voor zo´n oud huis mag de prijs wat lager gezet worden.
