The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. The decor was very cool and the layout and openness to the pool area was created a great vibe.

It's in a great neighborhood walking distance to coffee and 2 minute drive to shops and groceries. The rental company was so helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

We had a great time at this VRBO. Beautiful backyard with an excellent pool and hot tub. Plenty of space for a family of 4- loved the separate casita that opened up to the pool! Good location to easily access all of the fun things to do in Palm Springs! The management company was also very easy to work with..

Everything in the house was super easy to use (smart TVs, hot tub/pool, locks, etc.). Management was available if needed, but nothing went wrong so there wasn't anything to inquire about. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is nice but there were a few things that could be beter. AC in the house is noisy and during the heat not cold enough to get a good nights rest. There were a few little things missing like a doormat outside the kitchen, a laundry rack and pinchers. Overall the house was very nice and had a lot of items that were very convenient.

We went July 4th with just my wife and 9 & 10 year boys. It was 118 degrees and we stayed in the pool pretty much all day every day for 4 days. The property was great! Cool A/C, great decorating. Looks like the house had just been painted inside and out as it looked brand new. Alta Mira Property Manager Lars was super easy to work with. He was very responsive and picked up phone whenever we called. This was our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience!

The house is great, fabulous mountain views and a lovely yard and pool. It is in the desirable Twin Palms neighborhood, convenient to everything. Good space with a master and a casita. Well-stocked kitchen and cool decor. There was some traffic noise as it is on a busier street but with the setback it didn’t bother us. Very walkable area with many beautiful homes. Altamira staff were great, super friendly, helpful and responsive.

Overall good. But, weather was very cold and heater in Cassita did not work. Never got fixed when we asked; we got a space heater to cover us but only on the final day of our stay. Also, lots of street noise from fast traffic on La Verne.

Family trip before adult children headed back to college. We enjoyed the house so much, it’s perfect. Went to Joshua tree and enjoyed Indian canyons for hiking. Delicious food and fun in downtown Palm Springs. Would love to return again soon! Thank you for a wonderful retreat!
