I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want to be in the middle of a more populated, busy area, this is not your house. Located perfectly away from the hustle-bustle of Crystal Beach, this front-row beach house had plenty of quiet privacy and beach views with no interruptions. The house has direct access to the beach via a path through the dunes. Having grown up with a beach cabin on Bolivar, we were a little nervous about being so close to the old pass, but it has now been filled in and once we arrived, we realized there was no reason for concern. The house is spacious and well designed, with the main bedroom on one side and secondary bedroooms on the other. We had 6 teenagers with us and there was plenty of room to spread out so everyone had space. The large, and partially covered deck on the front provided hours of beach gazing in the breeze. The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Swedes was quick to answer calls and questions and helped us out by replacing the rusted, unusable BBQ grill with a new one. We would definitely consider staying here again - it was a great value for the price!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location. The house is very roomy with lots of hot water. Bring binoculars. The maintenance guy was great, fixed our issues and told us where to eat. A couple of warnings: 1. they do NOT provide toilet paper, or any linens. 2. bring a fly swatter, the mosquitoes are horrible. 3. there are no spices, and no laundry detergent. and finally 4. you are 10 miles to the closest retail establishment, including restaurants.
