LaValencia Mediterranean Oasis Private Beach Access and Gulf-Front Pool!

It was a wonderful stay! Great location, very clean, and comfortable!

The pool and hot tub near the condo and in the pictures are not available to the renters. We are Platinum VRBO renters and this was our worst experience ever. The owners in this neighborhood definitely do not like renters. The host would not allow us to load our tv app (Direct TV)The TV has extremely limited channels for live TV. When I told the host I wanted to watch the Masters and would remove our app when I left I was told to go to a local sports bar. I have the text if there is any question of this. A lot of the dishes and pans were dirty. The cookware and utensil's should be replaced. We rent in PCB every year and would never return to this unit. If you want to have fun at the beach look elsewhere.

We never used the pool and were disappointed the restrooms had signs “out of order”. I contacted Blue Swell but never heard back. I guess renters weren’t allowed to use them. It was a long walk back to the house.

Property was very clean and spacious for the four of us. We had a short trip but it was just what we needed. Check in was a breeze with a simple code, never had to worry about keys or cards. In a wonderful and quiet gated community with private pool and beach just a two minute walk away across the street (which was never very busy). The one issue we had was water coming from the bottom of the fridge, which we determined was from the ice maker being turned on to make ice. Immediately contacted the property manager and they had someone come out that afternoon while we were at the beach. Never had another issue! We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The add was very misleading . This property is not on the beach it is in a subdivision on the opposite side of the street. There is no private pool it is a community pool across the street aa well. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Pier Park.

We took a group of 8 soon to be college Freshmen to the house. We loved the private entrance to beach w pool and clean restrooms. Easy beach access and uncrowded beach space. Well equipped kitchen with patio grill were easy to use & prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for air mattresses.

Our stay was fine. We liked the house, the location, and the beach. Management company communication was good and the process was easy. However, the fact that it is a private neighborhood with an HOA and a small handful of full time residents that police and harass the short term renters will keep us from coming back to this location.

Reviewer Comments: A bit of confusion still with handoff between Blue Swell (local) vs. the rental I booked through VRBO- multiple contracts, trip insurance offerings, asking for items needed from us the day our rental started (while we were driving thank god I had a good iphone), etc. but it worked out and the staff was mostly courteous in helping get to the bottom of it. Property amenities are great and the home layout is great and was recently renovated, though you can tell some of it was rushed so Management Company is stuck fixing items guests discover along the way, and it doesn't have some of the things more 'mature' rentals have (spices, plastic cups, a wagon for lugging items to beach, etc.) but that will all get sorted out over time. Management company had a nice touch of linens in logo bags for each room and logo startup bath amenities- nice touch.Definitely a great choice and will be top of our list for next year!

Let's do it again that is all I have heard from my parents and my adult daughter. It was a perfect trip. This place fit everyone's needs. Having a bedroom on the main floor was a biggie for us, and our main focus, the rest was icing on the cake. This place had everything we needed and beautiful inside and out. The location, just a short walk to the pool and beach, which both were clean and enjoyable. It is also just outside the busy commercial area of PCB, which we liked, a little slower and less crowded. A added surprise was beavh chairs! We were headed to our first beach day and realized what we forgot. A large deck box we looked in with crossed fingers and YES! We will definitely return to this location.

This home was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spacious, big kitchen, and a bathroom for each room. The property was very clean, and located in an area close to many restaurants, stores and most importantly a walk away from a gorgeous beach. We had a great stay, we ran out of propane, for the grill, on the first day and they brought a backup right away. I will definitely be staying there again if I am in the area and the property is available. Thank you Jason for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Wonderful property. Very clean and well maintained. Great spot right in between PCB and Rosemary Beach with very little traffic and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved the proximity to the beach and loved having the beach front pool and bathrooms, very convenient. Only thing that would have been nice to know is the clubhouse and neighborhood pool are for property owners only

This was a wonderful location to stay. VERY Quiet neighborhood and right across from the beach. I would definitely come again. Only cons, this home did not have any extra items, bicycles, tennis racquets anything like that. That would have been nice to have for the area. Only other issue was the upstairs patio light was on at the neighbors house, and it was very bright in the master bedroom.

Excellent communication, comfortable spacious place. Very clean , good beds, excellent floor plan, quiet in a great location. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful and peaceful week. The home was perfect for our needs.
