4 bedroom home with 2 family rooms, dinning room that looks out at the Valley and River, Kitchen, Laundry room, 3 bath rooms, great room area with a ping pong table and porch downstairs with BBQ.
Guest access
Guests can use the front part of the yard and driveway to the home. Patio with a bench and BBQ on the downstairs level. Owners provide horse grain if guests would like to feed the horses. Please stay on the fenced side and not on the horse arena or pasture side with horses.

This was our 1st time to lava hot springs and we decided to use vrbo. The home was great and just as discribed. Easy communication. We had the best time on our Vaca!
