The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals with space to eat inside or on the cozy private patio.

After a long day of hiking and sightseeing, unwind and relax in two living spaces with Smart TVs or get excited for a night of fun and games with Xbox, Guitar Hero, and popular board games.

The large master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, including a walk-in shower. The cozy queen bedroom and full-over-full bunk room share a full bath. A queen size pullout couch and a twin size trundle bed will also accommodate large groups. All bedrooms are on the upper floor, in addition to laundry.

You'll find amenities and fun catered to young kids, including a high chair, eating utensils, toys and books, pack n play, and a stroller.
This home has a driveway and 1 spot in the garage available for parking.

The Location:
Our family purchased this home because of its incredible location! You are 5-10 miles from the incredible Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Fire Lake Reservoir, Pioneer Park, downtown St. George, and the brand new Black Desert golf course. Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are 30 min away. Not to mention, we are a great jumping-off point for trips to Southern Utah's famous National Parks including an easy, under one hour, drive to Zion National Park.
You are also within walking distance of multiple restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and walking paths. You are across the street from the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center water park and the Snake Hollow bike park.

The Community:
The community has a heated pool and pickleball court (with lights for a late game). Pickleballs and paddles are included with your stay.

While the Heritage Point pool is closed for the winter, Sand Hollow Aquatic Center is conveniently located right across the street, offering easy access to year-round swimming and family-friendly fun!

    The house was great and the stay was great but 2 weeks after we got home I get a $43 charge because apparently Utah has a short stay tax that they didn't know about and was not included in our price that was quoted!! I am still fighting this charge. I would not do business again with the Escape management people.

    This house was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend. It had all the accommodations we needed, and check-in/check-out was very easy. Location was perfect with nearby restaurants, stores, and amazing hikes

    Clean and comfortable. It’s a little interesting that there’s a farm right behind the unit, we were woken up by a rooster each morning. But we didn’t mind it and our kids enjoyed seeing the animals out back. The pool and pool area are very small but has nice bathrooms and is close to the unit. Overall we liked the place and it served its purpose since we were just doing a quick trip, I’m not sure I would stay there if we were doing a longer trip with a lot of swimming/outdoor time planned because the facilities are pretty limited, but the home itself was very nice and had everything we needed

    The home was like brand New! It fit two families of 5 perfectly! It even had a ninja blender and guitar hero for the kids on Xbox! It was only about 12 min from Tuachan!
