LAUGHING DUCK RANCH.... Canal property and just steps away from the beach!

This is a wonderful stay. The home is comfortable and has anything you would need, and even has thoughtful extras for your dog. It was nice and quiet and a beautiful place to unwind. Close enough to town and the Olympics for some adventuring as well. I would stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Everything was great, except the bedroom TV wasn't working. Very nice property and a great location.

Didn’t use the hot tub! Beds comfy, bathroom and kitchen very adequate. Our usual challenges with smart TV applications. Great fall color out the window and eagles nearby.

Fine as a launch point to the parks nearby: clean, equipped with basics, functional, communicative. But, frankly... it wasn't particularly pleasant to spend time in, and certainly not what I would describe as cozy (or a ranch). Everything but the kitchen is beige, with sparse, impersonal decor and inconsistent, often too-cold lighting. We didn't spend much time outside because the marshiness of the area made everything kind of stink. The highlight of our time was their incredibly friendly cat, who clearly thought the Vrbo was his as well. We were honestly considering going somewhere else until he distracted us. But on the other hand, despite his sweetness, he was still an outdoor cat illustrating the problems with that: along with a minor flea problem and our awareness of nearby coyotes, he was visibly eating the birds right there next to the wildlife areas we came to see. So, all in all... probably not somewhere we'd go again. Sorry. :(

It was amazing and quiet.

Perfect location for our stay! Well equipped kitchen and nice beds. Grateful for the nice clean hot tub. Just a walk down the street to the beach. Got a visit from the chickens and ducks every day of our stay. If we come back to Sequim this house will be our first choice!

Our daughters stayed at the cottage and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Loved the yard and being so close to the water.

All was great! Beds were comfortable! We were only there for one night. Enjoyed the kitty who visited the back door!

My wife and spent the week enjoying the property and surrounding area. We celebrated our 22nd anniversary while here. We enjoyed seeing the animals next door and our greeter cat.

We felt at home in this clean organized home. The only bad thing is there was no air conditioning so the house was a little warm in the evening. Some windows could not be opened to let the cool evening air in. My only suggestion would be to have all windows accessible and add a screen door to the front so you can leave door open without letting bugs in. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. If

This property had been meticulously updated and maintained…the owners clearly are attending to it as a work of love and an art of service to all of those who occupy!Clean, kept, appointed…quiet, beautiful neighborhood, perfect tranquility!

Space was clean, well stocked, had thoughtful touches, and a great info packet. We loved the hot tub and my dog loved the back yard. Easy access to all we wanted to see while being tucked away from the hussle and bustle. This is in a peaceful area of the city and you will need to travel 10 minutes to access any restaurants or stores just an FYI.

A great place to stay to explore the area. So many birds to watch. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub at sunrise, and in the evenings we watched the stars, again, from the hot tub. Perfection. Orange kitty visited daily.

Wonderful stay. Quiet area, clean home, everything we needed was available. Laughing ducks heard in the canal when we arrived. Hot tub was awesome and view of stars at night spectacular.

Property is simple but very clean and comfortable. Nice area to walk and good public beach not too far down the road.

It is so quiet and peaceful at the cottage, yet you're just minutes away from town, restaurants and entertainment. Everything you could ask for in a vacation getaway.

I would have never seen as many heron anywhere else. Close to Sequim and all the Olympic has to offer. Fun area to explore.

We've been to Sequim many times before. But that house's location was amazing! We were walking a lot to the beach and across the neighborhood. Also, that place is pretty close, about 13 -15 minutes away, from all of the activities, from the stores and the city center. We also appreciated all around enclosed fence that allowed out puppy to be outside a lot, just like she likes it. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. TV with access to the movies and puzzles was also a big plus to spend nice evenings. We had an awesome time and plan to stay in October's place next time when we will be visiting Sequim. Thank you!

Great spot for our cycling trip. The hot tub was very well maintained and the home was very comfortable. The place was clean and put together. Would stay here again.
