Latitude Adjustment: Private Pool, Walk to Beach, Comm. Amenities

This property was big enough for our family. The layout was very nice and we had plenty of room/space. They provide a lot of kitchenware - everything you can think of or might need, they provide, which was awesome! They provide a lot of pool toys and beach accessories which was awesome as well! We loved the layout and the space of this home! The only downfall was the property was not very clean. Upon arrival it was very dirty on each floor/level - there were crumbs on the kitchen floor (not little spots either, was some big piles) that we had to sweep up. Some of the beds still had sand on the sheets. Overall, I would definitely recommend this space and would definitely stay here again..as we did enjoy this home very much and loved the space and the items that the home provided and also loved how close it was to the beach.

We enjoyed Latitude Adjustment very much. The kitchen was big enough for our large family and very well stocked with everything you can possibly need. One drawback was that the bunk room bed sheets were stained and looked dirty. It grossed out the kids. And in one of the queen bedrooms, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Maybe they were too small for the bed. The beach access wasn’t all that great either, but maybe we’re just spoiled from other places we’ve stayed at. The community center and pools weren’t exactly like they made it seem either. You had to pay for entrance into the gym which we thought was quite costly for one hr. And only 6 people were allowed into community pool at a time. But, no worries, we just stayed in the awesome pool and hot tub at the house. All in all we were all very pleased with Latitude Adjustment and may consider it again for our 2027 vacation.

My family and I stayed for a week and it was amazing. Enough room for everybody to spread out

House was great, very spacious, very clean. Only hiccup was with pool maintenance, but was addressed very quickly. Location was great, only 10 minute walk to beach access. There is a parking lot down the street for which a parking lot is provided, which results in a 3 minute walk to the beach, but it does fill up early. Family trip was for 13 people (8 adults, 5 children) and there was enough space for everyone. Would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing week in OBX- The house exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and had so many amenities. The pool and hot tub were great to have! The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. The beach was truly a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back and look to stay at Latitude Adjustment!

This property was excellent. Being so close to the 4x4 access was a game changer for us, the house was well appointed with plenty of amenities and is well cared for.

This was the perfect place for us. Traveled with a variety of ages. Everyone had their own space and things to keep them busy. The pool was a favorite of everyone. The short, easy walk to the beach was great. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could think of as far as appliances and gadgets. It was so easy and enjoyable to prepare meals for a large group. Everything was clean and in great shape. The couches were super comfy. Beds were fine. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Shops, restaurants and grocery very close by. Only thing that was a little annoying was the amount of flies. I think the people before us didn’t take the trash cans out on trash day and the number of flies around was a little overwhelming. All in all it was a great house with a great location and we all absolutely loved it. Already talked about this place for next year!

We had a wonderful week in OBX. This house suited our party of 13 nicely. The hot tub, pool, basketball hoop and pool table were a plus. The driveway was large enough for four vehicles and still had room for basketball and games. The beach was a short walk and driving the beach equipment was convenient and a breeze. The house is a short walk to some shops and restaurants. To get anywhere else it is a drive. The kitchen is very well stocked and the gas grill was a plus. Beware, buy ice as the ice maker in fridge doesn’t produce much. We found some parts of the house needed to be cleaned better. We had to wipe down kitchen counters from leftover spills and guest book was stuck together with syrup. Two of the king bedspreads had visible stains and couches needed to be vacuumed in between cushions. The management was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or issues.

The house is gorgeous! So spacious and very clean. We had a fantastic time. Beach access was easy. Community pool was nice and not crowded at all. Loved our stay.

It was perfectly located between all the shopping and the beach. It was the one of the last neighborhoods before the road ends and you turn onto the beach.
