Stayed Jul 11, 2025Property needs major repairs and updates. Gutters are falling off the house and every time it rains water pours in the doors of both units soaking the carpet. In unit b it makes the 1st bedroom unusable unless you want to go to bed in shoes. We called the management company and was told it was a known issue and there was nothing they could do about it. When I asked to speak to a manager Ilene said there manager was on personal leave and they don’t know when she would be back. She would only give me the managers first name and said it was Camilla. I’m sure I will never hear from them. The furniture is also old and uncomfortable. Couch is stained with a broken leg. Mattress protectors are stained with body fluids. I will never stay here again or use Tybee vacation rentals for anything else. I hope this helps someone make a better choice for their vacation.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We rented both sides of Latitude Adjustment. Great location. There is no inside connecting door.

Stayed Jul 13, 2022We had an absolute blast here. It was plenty big enough for our group of 14. It’s in the perfect spot it’s quite at night but a very short walk to the beach, dinner, and fun night life locations. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked the entire duplex for a family reunion. We haven't been altogether in many years. This duplex was perfect and we had such an amazing time. None of the cousins had even meet the newest addition and she is almost 3 now. They all had a great time bonding. The house were clean, updated, and in the perfect location. to the beach, shops, restaurants and anything else we could think of.
