We had a great time here! The host was wonderful and very accommodating. The house was beautiful and interesting. My family and dog loved it. The location is perfect too.

Excellent location. Can walk to shops, beach and restaurants. There isn’t a high chair, but there is a booster seat. The wagon is better used for kids to ride in than for lugging beach equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay.Kristyn is a marvelous host. Easy to get in contact with and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Cape May! The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the downtown mall with shops and restaurants. Our host was fantastic as well, always quick to respond to any questions and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cape May!

Exactly as advertised, great location, very helpful hosts!

This property was very clean and at a great location for the beach and shopping. It also had everything we could possible need in the kitchen. The 10 beach tags were a plus. Families with very young children should consider the many knick-knacks and fairly steep stairs. Kristyn Guill (the owner) was wonderful.

Kristyn is a great hostess. We stayed here in April and liked it so much we decided to bring the grandkids for a summer beach vacation. The house was perfect for our group and we had an excellent time. We will likely come back again at some time in the future.

The property is lovely and in a great location, and the owner was wonderful to work with We like to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and appliances. The porches and back yard were great for enjoying the fresh air.

What a wonderful stay!! House is beautiful!!! well stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable living!! Beautiful new bathrooms and kitchen easy to cook in, patio and porches are great for relaxing. All around a great house!! Kristyn was a great host, very responsive and wonderful with instructions for the house. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with our family for the week. This was our first time staying at this property and we are so glad we found it! The house is spacious; the decor beautiful. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you might need. Its location is amazing. It was an easy walk to most of the shopping and restaurants. Plus only 2 blocks from the beach. Our favorite part of the house was the 2nd floor porch where there was always a nice breeze. Kristyn was such a kind host and very responsive! Highly recommend!!!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this true gem! We had children from infants to teenagers stay with us and 10 of us were very comfortable in the house. The common spaces really let us bond together and the location of the house was superb for strolls through town together. The owners were also so inviting and welcoming. Very highly recommended!!!

After a few years break, ten members of my extended family and I returned to Cape May to make more memories. Pearl By the Sea was the perfect place for us. Gorgeous interior decorating and extremely comfortable accommodations whether relaxing on the front porch/balcony, lounging/singing in the living and game rooms or sleeping in the cozy bedrooms. The home was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient access by foot or bicycle to the beach, Washington Street Mall and the restaurants in the neighborhood (we parked our cars and never used them again until we departed). An added bonus was the easy access to the bicycle route to Sunset Beach which we rode to as a group to attend the beautiful and moving evening flag ceremony in honor of our mother who loved Cape May. Kristen, the owner, has been wonderful to work with.

Great Victorian house in a great location! We’ve stayed in a number of rentals over the last 30 years in Cape May, and this location was the best yet – a short walk to beach, mall, restaurants, etc. The house was beautifully decorated with many amenities; yet still very comfortable for our active preschool/elementary aged grandkids. The reserved parking for two cars was a big plus, and the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the wonderful vacation memories!

This house so many pluses and all of us had a great time staying here. The house was clean, well decorated ( gorgeous interior design), perfect location to everything Cape May has to offer. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. We enjoyed sitting at the porch. The kids loved the balcony! There is also a grill and a lovely courtyard to hang out at the back. The large living room was excellent for our big family where we enjoyed some board games and watched TV( comes with streaming channels). The chess set table in the first living room was a hit with the kids! The owner had thought of everything to make us comfortable including good beach chairs, trolleys and umbrellas. Owner was very helpful and friendly.
