Stayed Feb 4, 2023Excellent customer service, clean and spacious rental for the whole family. Well stocked with basic home essentials. Comfortable beds and seating. Clean pool with heater. Trash pick up is daily. Washer and dryer worked great.

Stayed Dec 1, 2022We had such a good time at 640 Pebble Beach. The whole property was very exclusive. Loved the security and safety processes at the property. The home was super clean and very inviting. Kids had a great time at the backyard pool. We did request the heated pool. But it NEVER happened. So the kids had to swim in a cold pool for 6 days. We called multiple times, but it never resolved the issue. I hope the owners of the property will rectify the issue for future renters.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Our stay at this property was very comfortable. We came with our family of 7 people and we all had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. It is a large condo with a huge master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is also very big and had a lot of nice amenities. The personal heated pool was also a nice added feature that most VRBOs don't have. It was a little noisy outside at night due to other people staying nearby that had late night parties but you could not hear this noise inside. It was about 25-30 minutes from most of the parks but well worth it to get away from the chaos that Disney can be at the end of a long day. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling with a larger group of people.

Stayed Nov 17, 2022Very clean and nice property. When I had questions they were very quick with responding and very helpful. We went for a walk every morning and the neighborhood was beautiful and clean. Would recommend this place.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022The property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12. The kitchen is well stocked. The check in process is seamless. Very safe neighborhood. There is a community pool with a small lazy river about a mile away. The unit has a small private pool that is screened in and very warm. Had a large washer and dryer. Unit is almost new and in excellent condition

Stayed Aug 6, 2022The place was very clean and well kept when I entered. The pool was a great temperature and the tv wasn’t here to figure out how to work. Overall it was a nice place to relax and chill for a few days
