Pool and Spa Use

* Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
* When heated, the pool temperature will not exceed 95°F.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
* The spa can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, and both
will remain at the same temperature.
* The pool heating system operates through heat exchange, so
performance may be limited in cold weather.
* For safety reasons, the heating system may shut off temporarily
during colder conditions and may not always be available.

Housekeeping and Home Care

* The home is self-catering, so guests should plan to purchase any
additional supplies needed during their stay.
* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
* Please place household trash in the plastic bench each day to help
keep the home tidy.
* Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if house guidelines
are not followed or if the owner needs to address avoidable issues.

Deliveries
