Candy was incredibly kind, and everything was very organized with clear instructions from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.The location is excellent, very close to Anna Maria Island as well as supermarkets and other conveniences.My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Candy, for being such a wonderful host! We hope to return soon.

Stayed May 4, 2025My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy!

Stayed Jul 16, 2024We were not aware that location was overlooking a trailer park, but it was safe, quiet and clean. The decor was utterly charming with nice ammenities and location was very convenient to Anna Maria Island. After a montary glitch tegarding parking, the owner was quite friendly.
