POOL INFORMATION:

**Please make sure children are supervised at ALL TIMES**



JACUZZI (spa) heating (100° F/ 37° C) and massage jets are free of charge. Please message us when you plan to use and stop using the jacuzzi since it requires us to manually set it.



POOL heating (80° F/ 26° C) is available at an additional $100 per day for length of stay and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in to ensure we have enough time to heat it before your stay.

i.e. A 3 night stay would be an additional $300 for pool heating



**Note that Heating system can ONLY heat the Spa or Pool and cannot heat up both simultaneously. If pool is being heated, please message us and we'll switch the heat to the Spa.



PET POLICY:

Dogs and cats are welcome for an additional pet fee of $150 for the first two pets. Any damage caused by pets may be subject to additional charges.



PARTIES AND EVENTS STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

We pride ourselves in being good neighbors so enforce a strict quiet hour policy from 10pm - 7am every day. Parties and events are illegal for short term rentals in Las Vegas and we use noise monitors in the home's common area and security cameras to strictly enforce this.



SMOKING:

Smoking inside the property is NOT ALLOWED and must be done away from windows to avoid smoke from entering the house. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 charge due to the required deep cleaning needed to ensure that no smoke smells linger for future guests.
