Situated on a wooded lot in a resort-style neighborhood, there is a little something for everyone here. Bring your family and your best-behaved small non-shedding dog(s) to share this time in the Appalachian mountains together. Venture out to local hiking spots, Sugar or Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, or the Blue Ridge Parkway during the day, and take a dip in the 6-person hot tub in the evening. Cap off your day by gathering around the fire pit for s'mores in the evening!

We've thought of everything for your home away from home. Relish this well-designed and equipped space with a full renovated kitchen, two living areas, three bedrooms, a sleeping loft for two, and two full baths with tubs. A new hot-tub, gated pet area, and more! Enjoy the tree & golf course views through the beautiful trees from the enormous fir timber wrap-around porch. And when the leaves fall, enjoy the mountains in the distance! In July of 2024, an LG window AC smart unit was installed in the den for guest comfort.

The house layout includes a loft with two twin beds, and a lounge/children's play area. The main floor is comprised of a large master suite (king bed, closet, full bath, seating area, desk), full kitchen, living area (sofa, swivel chairs, TV), and dining nook. The porch is on the main level and is designed for outdoor dining and lounging, with a propane grill. The lower level boasts a living area with a large leather sectional, a TV, yoga mats, games, and puzzles! You'll also find a gated pet nook if you need to leave your furry friends while away! You'll also find the washer/dryer, a full bath, and 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together if you prefer.

The lower patio is equipped with a 6-person hot tub, 2 lounge chairs & fire pit with seating. Perfect for a cozy summer night roasting smores!
It is easy to maneuver in and out of the home using the double driveways (upper and lower). Leave your ski and hiking gear on the porch or boots in the boot drop. Then, enjoy lounging after a long day of adventuring!

We hope your stay at Lark Hollow is a restorative experience that brings rest & renewal!

Beyond the walls of this lovely home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with seasonally available amenities (open May-Oct) such as a recreation room, shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation, a wonderful swimming pool awaits (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day each year.) The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season. The Grill's hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.

This house was so wonderful. If I could afford it I would but it. The porch is amazing.

Enjoyed hiking Linville Falls and Gragg Prongs in 70 degree weather to start the week and finished with snow and hot tub by weeks end. Kids loved the outdoors and Alpine Coaster during the day, and we loved the outdoor space to grill and relax each day. Loft was fantastic for our 2 girls to share and son took the basement for himself. Kids even hooked up their game to the living room tv and played from the loft in beanbag chairs. Great place. Would stay again in summer to play golf at the course on site and fish.

Everyone enjoyed this trip . . . daughters, son-in-law, wife and me. Community was interesting and the location is central to a number of area attractions, including Mile-High Bridge and Lindenville Caverns. We did a couple of day trips, as well as just hanging out in the hot-tub. Great time for all. Thanks.
