Incredibly, the property was even more beautiful (and spacious!) than the listing showed! Our family of 18 was comfortable and relaxed in the gorgeous home, and used the pond, hot tub, pickle ball court, expansive yard, and theater/game room. We enjoyed making new memories together.

We were looking for a house, big enough to fit a lot of couples, but also give a very luxurious experience. This house was amazing! The quality of the house was top notch, space was excellent, the host was so accommodating. We even have deer show up in the backyard every afternoon. Breathtaking and such an incredible experience

We loved everything about our stay! There was so much to do at the house (pickleball, basketball, swimming pond, fire pit, game room, theater room, playroom) and it was perfectly situated between national parks and beautiful scenery. The property manager was fantastic--awesome communication, so helpful and nice. We would definitely come back again!

This was the best family vacation ever! This property was amazing! The house, the views, the wildlife. The hot tub, the fire pit, the video and movie room, the play room for the little ones. There is something for everyone. Sarah and Pat were wonderful. If we needed anything they were there for us right away. We are definitely going back next year!

This is an AMAZING property. I do not have words to describe how wonderful this property was for our family. Where do I start? The space for a family of about 25 adults and 5 children was MORE than enough. The amenities were exceptional. The property was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine you needed for a stay, from kitchen items, toiletries, laundry needs, baby items (high chairs, pak n play), etc. it was better than being at home, no joke! OMG!! The host & assistant, Sarah, was absolutely, positively exceptional. Very accommodating from the beginning to end. Always available for questions, assistance & anything else we needed even before our arrival. The maintenance staff was also great and quick to respond. I’m telling you, if you’re looking for an amazing turn-key experience, this is the place to go. My family has already started planning our next stay… This is a real review, not paid or influenced. In this day and age customer service seems to be gone. This host team definitely has something special and definitely mastered the win on the property & service. We will definitely return.

We loved staying at Cedar Rose Estate. We had 75 of us there for our family reunion, and we are going to book for our next stay in two years. The facility was better than we expected, also more clean, and spacious and accommodating. It was so nice to have the maintenance man on site, so anytime that we had problems, it was fixed immediately.

The property was immaculate. Very clean and so much attention to detail. Hosts were responsive in a timely matter to all our questions. The property had so much for everyone to do. We can’t wait to come back again!

First of all, this place is HUGE! We had a group of over 30 and it never once felt like we were crowded. I was able to find a few quiet places to do some work, too (the study was great for the video calls I needed to take). We had an amazing time! I reached out to Sarah beforehand to get an idea of what there was to do nearby. She was awesome! She helped us rent side by sides and gave some hiking recommendations. There was still snow on the ground but we made it work and the kids had a lot of fun. They also enjoyed the theater and game room. We loved the jacuzzi! The kids used it during the day and it was great to relax in at night. There was something for everyone which made it perfect for us. Overall, things were as easy as they could have been. The property was amazing, the house was immaculate, and Parowan was a great place to spend a long weekend with friends and family. We'll definitely be back!
