Largest Pool in area & close to Beach, Booce Ball Court, Putt Putt & more

As advertised. Very happy with the house

The property was great and everything we needed. Jay was prompt with a couple issues we had and had someone there right away to assist.

Our guys good trip was terrific! This was the perfect spot for us go play golf and come back to more exciting fun things to do at the house! We are a competitive group so the games and activities we spot on! The commication from Jay the host was great! This spot is on my favorite's list!!!

It is just as advertised. Lots of things to do even if it rains. The outside area had so much to do, it kept everyone busy. The pool was definitely the largest one i could see. Jay was great to deal with, and helpful.

We stayed during an insane heat wave, so we were extra grateful for how well the A/C worked—it kept the whole house cool and comfortable the entire time. The pool was large, super clean, and perfect for relaxing in the heat. There was plenty of space on both levels for our group of 14, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super convenient, especially with all the beach and pool gear. Overall, it was a super comfortable, well-equipped place—we’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was simple and as communicated - check in, WiFi, parking. Kitchen well stocked. Host was quick to respond to any questions. House is very close to beach - 5 minutes walk. We rented golf carts as there is a lot in the immediate area (boardwalk, grocery, beach shops) but didnt need them for the beach. Pool was good size for the neighborhood and the kids got a lot of use out of the bocce ball and putting greens even on hot days.The one thing I didn't realize based on listing is the property is two mirror apartments first and second floor. Full kitchen and 3 bedrooms in each with more meal seating upstairs. The only stairs are outside. This worked out well for our multi family group providing some opportunity for privacy. But may be difficult with young kids or elder family members.Overall very pleased with our stay.

What an amazing place! It comes as advertised and even better! The house had plenty of room for our family of 13 with babies, toddlers, kids and adults. The pool is amazing and overall we were completely satisfied with our stay! The owner was super responsive and was helpful throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend!!!

House is nice. Outside area is quite large and inviting.Interior of the house is nice, but a bit strange.It's a two story home with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, and a bathroom on each floor. The floor layouts are identical. The two floors are completely separated, there is no internal staircase in the house, just the exterior staircase going up from the pool deck to the deck and 2nd floor. This wasn't a problem at all, but just thought it should be pointed out.House was very clean, has new appliances and fresh linens.The pool was clean and very large.Would definitely rent this house again

Guys trip was a complete success. Close enough to courses for short drives/ubers, EXTREMELY easy walk to the beach, minutes away from all the stores you need to load up for the trip and is as advertised. The best part about the house is the house itself. The guys who werent able to golf were able to hang back and still enjoy their time by the pool and playing some backyard games. Great experience overall

This house was a blast to stay at, the bocce court got used every night and the size of the pool is rare to come by in a beach rental it was huge and deep. It was also nice being 2 seperate living spaces so each family had their own space at the end of the night to settle in to. All in all couldn’t be happier with the house, the location, the communication with the home owner and would definitely rent this location again.

This was the perfect place for our group of adults and young adults! Everything was clean and Jay was wonderful to work with before and during our trip. The best part of this house is all the fabulous activities and set up around the pool. The Bocci Ball court was a favorite! I would certainly come back to this property with a group in the future.

We completely enjoyed the stay. It had plenty of room, including 2 kitchens and an outdoor pool house. The pool was fantastic along with other outdoor entertainment. The putt-putt was enjoyed by all.

We take a big family beach trip including 3 generations (ages 5-75) every other summer. Finding a great house is always difficult. This house was perfect. Everyone had a blast, especially with the outdoor space. Super easy walk to the beach. Host was friendly and responsive. Great spot for a big family vacation. Definitely hope to be back in a couple years!

1 Fun House is just that. The owner, Jay was great. Kept us up to date and even offered locals advice on the area. We had a large group of high school friends and spouses who are now all over the country celebrating 60th birthdays. Quick drive over from Myrtle Beach airport. Beach access a block away. Pool is huge! It was used every day for games and watching outdoor TV on the pool house wall. The pool house with a restroom is very handy (wish it had a fridge for the pool). Many games of Bocce ball and putt putt around the pool. The 6 bedrooms we very comfortable with plenty of living space inside and out. You really don't need to go anywhere except the grocery store but hate to miss all the things the Grand Strand has to offer. New Surfside Beach Pier is a quick mile walk down the beach or Garden City Pier about 1 1/2 mile south. We had Tito's Trolley take us for a day of our own bar crawling all over the Grand Strand. Very happy with our choice!
