Stayed Jun 11, 2026Didn't send access information by checkout time. Slow to respond to messages. Gave incorrect access code. I told them it wasn't working and they stopped responding to messages. We never got into the house. Then, host sent a message asking me to let them know when I checked out so they would be able to send the cleaning crew.
